My son had so much fun during his 2 days attending Code with Minecraft Carnival! He came home sharing non-stop of what he learn and how to do this or that. Kids get to plan and code and complete the task together in game. Lunch catered was so delicious that my son memorize the shop name on packaging and ask me go eat.So glad my son enjoyed himself throughout the class! He come home with little cute goodies and handicraft which he keep telling us how each of it came about. Centre add in short break session where kids make little crafts related to Minecraft too. Son keep saying it is fun!

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her Scratch class. Trainer Billy was flexible enough to adapt the lesson according to her interests and inclinations, rather than stick rigidly to the lesson plan. This allowed my daughter to bring to life her ideas on Scratch which culminated in an animated storyboard of a witch granting the wishes of butterfly fairies to grow into life size fairies. Super cool and accessible, even for a 7 year old with limited to no exposure to screens/laptops. Looking forward to the longer term courses in 2023!

My daughter tried scratch coding for the first time & she enjoyed it! The learning objective was to choose a character, a background and to make it move, it was so interesting! Race Junior provides more than just a sheet of paper and rules for young coders; they ensure that students feel comfortable sharing ideas and expressing emotions in order to create their own coding world!

Ammar enjoys his 'Learn, Build & Have Fun with micro:bit Maqueen ' Holiday Camp organised by RACE Junior. As he already has some experience working with micro:bit in some of the past school programmes, this camp further enhances his knowledge about the micro:bit hardware and his coding skills. This is made possible by experienced trainers Billy and Singaram. Ammar also gets to optimise his codes such that the Robocar Maqueen is able to conquer the given tasks in the best possible manner.Ammar further challenges himself to create the codes from scratch for the final challenge without using any of the given templates and enjoys the process of trying out his codes and iterating them to make them better. What is more exciting for him is that he gets to keep the micro:bit Maqueen and is able to code it further at home after this camp.
